Pleasantly Surprised
I purchased this red dot for a combat shotgun, which obviously doesn't require a sight with a high degree of accuracy. Since then, I've tried it on several rifles and shot out to a hundred yards with acceptable results. If you're expecting an EOTtech for 15 bucks, you'll be disappointed, but if you just need a functional device, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. The dot is larger and not as crisp as you would expect on a high-dollar sight. Mount that comes with it will not fit all rifles.
Seems to be good equipment, but the mount that came with it won't fit my Marlin 795 22lr slide base, which is 10.5/11 mm wide, too narrow to accommodate it.I wish this size limitation had been explained in the specifications.
