Concerns: unit was listed as open box for taking pictures, it was not shipped in original packaging and box was split (4”) at folded corner exposing product. Fortunate there appeared to be no damage to product, but easily could have been. More care is needed particularly for the ship cost. This was not the unit in the picture as the cable tie shown in the picture did not come on the motor leads.
