On the phone and description he lied about the condition of the head unit and said no programming needed. That was completely false. I wasted $260 at a mechanic and Mercedes dealer only to be told otherwise. When I tried to call, I was hung up and ignored. Their attitude is disgusting, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. Stay away!
