    I'm going to declare this a positive experience because of my interaction with the seller. Communication was timely and my refund was made within 24 hours. Unfortunately the Post Office did extensive damage to two china mugs wrapped in bubble wrap and nestled in gobs of styro peanuts, all in a sturdy carton made for shipping.
