    The remote is awesome. Comfortable. At a reasonable cost. Allows me full accessiibility to all of the features presented by both the TV and DVR.     Used item - Not New

    I feel upset because when I saw remote control , It looked old and used. The item does not match the picture. The writing on the back of remote control is faded. The words are not clear. Lucky it still can work for my TV . Anyway, I won’t buy it again from here.

    I have bought this Verizon FiOS TV Remote Control as a replacement to my aging one (8 years). Received quite quickly in excellent shape (new). Used supplied Manual to program: it's very easy. Complete satisfaction. I got exactly what I need. My many thanks to the seller and eBay!

    Worked right away. My relationships with my TVs has been restored. Good deal!

    Got 2 of them for 2 different tvs. Put in the batteries (not included), programmed each one per the verizon online guide for the P265v and they worked fine right away. Nice crisp feel to the keypads vs. the original soft, sluggish, and faulty set from... whoa... 12 years ago(!?)

    FIOS Remote Control

    This remote is exactly like the original. Works perfectly and it is nice having all the print on the buttons again. The old one's buttons print had worn off. Buying this replacement on Ebay is way easier than trying to get one from Verizon.
