Great product! Nozzle doesn't work as it should.
I have been using this product for many years, and I love it. I bought the dented cans to get the lower price. I gave it a 4 (maybe I should have given it a 3) because the nozzle didn't work very well on the first can (haven't tried the second can yet), and the foam didn't come out as easily or foam up as well a it should. I started to doubt about the product been legit, for one thing the cap doesn’t even stay closed, I will take the product to a distributor near me to make sure is legit, and it doesn’t do much for my hair like other times, not happy at all!!! As I was using the product, I kept noticing it wasn’t doing it’s job so I called John Paul Mitchell and spoke with a very nice lady who checked why would the product wast working, she discovered it was “2 yrs old”. I get people need to make a living just as I do but don’t try to make money by taking advantage of us by not disclosing EVERYTHING about the product. Works for the most part
The product itself is good, but the nozzle is not performing the way it should in releasing the foam. It only sprays out a small amount at a time. Not sure if that has something to do with the can being dented or not. I've purchased other dented cans in the past and haven't had this problem or at least not with most of them.
