Philip was very communicative through the whole process. The lights ended up being slightly different styles since the manufacturer changed the bulb orientation but kept the same SKUs. When I informed Philip of this issue, he and the warehouse team worked immediately to send a new matching light, which I received within the week. I couldn't be happier and will buy again!
