    Relief last for hours. Over the counter Bio Freeze does not come any where near Bio Freeze Professional. I have upper back, shoulder and neck pain. I use this product every night before bed and sometimes during the day.

    Short term

    The green biofreeze provides very good cool relief (as opposed to the heat from Tiger balm)—however for only a very short time. It is not helping people with arthritis in their knees. I had some luck using this product on a stiff neck years back.

    Best gel on the market.

    This is the best gel for sore muscles I’ve ever used. It starts working immediately. Don’t be fooled by the generic brands. They may have the similar active ingredients but they are not the same! I highly recommend Bio Freeze and I will not use anything else.

    Quick Muscle & Joint Pain Relief
