      The item was as described. However, the packaging was underwhelming. I did communicate that with the seller, who was available to communicate with, and hopefully, in the future, the seller will send cowboy boots in the proper cardboard box with the shaft stuffed so it doesn't get squished in transit; rather than the flimsy plastic wrapping envelope. However, I did keep the boots as they weren't damaged beyond repair.
