      I'm a little confused by this review. You did purchase a Lulus dress from me on August 13. Tracking shows it was delivered to you on 8-3-25. However, you returned (return ID #298901987). the dress because the zipper was difficult to use. You shipping the item back on 8-20-25 and I processed a full refund of $71.53 (including shipping) on 8-26-25. I have not received any messages from you regarding this transaction. I do believe you have left a review on the wrong account.
