First his price was much better than all others on eBay; then he adjusted his shipping method to make it affordable for me. I've long wanted this particular Christmas plate scene and he insured it arrived safely with meticulous packing (sturdy box, bubblewrap AND popcorn), efficiently sending it promptly! Also (very important) plate was exactly as described (good photo), no small feat as these Bing & Grondahl plates are very varied in light/darkness.
