    Item arrived damaged. I reached out to them to see what could be done, and they said they’d ship a replacement. I asked for the tracking and I’ve had no response (it’s been a week and still no reply). They packaging was a thin small bag. And shipping took a long time. I’m so sad that I waited just to get a damaged item. They honestly should’ve just refunded me at this point.
