Cheap low end product that does not work.
Set it up for my church to stream to facebook through our sound/video system. Used an extra HDMI output port on our HDMI splitter but the streamed video was very bad and the audio was choppy. Adjusted settings on the encoder to do lower quality streams but they were still very bad. Tested video and audio coming from the HDMI splitter and there is no video or audio problems. Also, our Internet service is 200MB down with 10MB up.

Skip the computer and start streaming!
Skip the computer and connect directly to facebook live or youtube. It takes a little setup but is totally worth it. Many times streaming is limited by the processor of your computer. This lets you avoid all of that and go straight online. I can't recommend it enough.
