    Padded Socks are Great for running

    I have found these hard to find padded socks are great for running, winter cold and padded comfort all day. You have to try them on and see if they fit with your shoes. I have had problems and also have not had problems too, they really matter of the shoes you own. Also you do have to wash them inside out with plenty of fabric softener, that will always make the, perform at there best, and always remember they shrink like crazy in hot water. Wash in cold water or buy at least one size up and they will shrink down to your normal size including a little stretch. Good Luck if you choose to buys them.
