My First.
This was my first reconditioned tool purchase and I can tell you that it surpassed my every expectation. Not as useful as I thought it would be.
Well made machine with plenty of power cord. Only criticism is the height adjustment accuracy. When set to zero depth it continues to cut about 10-15 thousands deep. No way I can see to adjust it and while that doesn’t seem like much it is when you’re finish planing. This reconditioned unit is in very good condition with no external scratches or signs of wear. The blade looks new and a new dust bag is included in a sealed bag. Elec cord looks new also. Functions well on several planing operations so far. Good reduced price for a Bosch tool. Perfect!!
First. This tool looks and runs like a new one in every way. Second. Bosch did it the right way and built this for people that use it. I have a Makita too and this wins the comparison review hands down. Comes with a real dust bag and port that fits perfectly to my Ridgid shop vac hose.
