The item is just as described in eBay. With the lens comes with a note (see attached photo copy) which states the vendor adheres to strict “no Parts Swapping” policy. The lens working properly on my Nikon D610, and represents an excellent value, particularly for the price I paid with free shipping. Wish to do business again with the seller.

As others have noted, the packaging surpasses anything I’ve ever seen on Ebay. The cosmetic condition was exactly as described. Unfortunately, somehow an issue arose somewhere in transit and the deck wasn’t playing properly when I connected it. I contacted the seller and they have been incredibly responsive with suggestions and information.
