    Before making the purchase, I inquired whether the Iris phone in question had a physical SIM card or an eSIM only and was told a physical card. However, when the phone arrived I discovered that there was no slot for a physical sim card. When I contacted the seller and informed him, her, or them with pictures, they immediately issued a refund. Mistakes do happen, and this seller rectified the mistake in less than five minutes.
