    Crimping Machine came in damaged. Corner was bent and the gauge was broke. Arrived at least a week later than it was supposed to arrive. It arrived only wrapped in bubble wrap and weighed over 50lbs. Seller did send a new gauge within a couple weeks to replace the old one. Seller did apologize for lateness and damage. Would be better if unit was crated to ship. Seller replied quickly to all questions and concerns. I would buy from them again.

    Avoid at all cost. I purchased an alternator for a 2015 Kia Forte 1.8 and was send a bad alternator. Attempted to work with them and give them a chance to make things right. But after a week or more I’ve just gotten lies and the run around. Save your money and just go with a reputable company.
