I hesitated to deal with seller because of her minimal number of feedbacks and that not 100%. At this point I would not make another purchase. Good sellers make a real effort to pack professionally. Minimally the doll needed a box and bubble wrap. My favorite sellers would have double boxed. There are so many great sellers on eBay. To compete with them takes effort.
