It was packaged well so I’m not sure how it happened during transit, if it did. Seller was made aware of the creases and he said he would refund and for me to just keep the card. I submitted a return and subsequently closed it due to his word. Now eBay can’t help. I had said I would accept a 50% refund so he wasn’t out the card and shipping. He hasn’t responded since.
