    This dealer is not reputable. Listed an item for sale, then accepted my credit card payment, and then backed out of the deal when they discovered they priced the article incorrectly. They sent me a cheap plastic hair clip as a cancellation prize. I'm a male and the clip was just further insulting behavior. Hopefully they will at least refund the total amount they billed my account.

    Decent gauge steel, not perfect but better then local tool store, and much better price. Shipping was fast. The count of hardware was perfect. More amazed that UPS did not break the box open. The shipping package is not designed to be shipped via ground outside an LTL and on a pallet. So lots of plastics and styrofoam packing by the manufacture, not the US importer distributor. I'm very happy. Thank you.
