He offered no refund only replacement. I felt like he was selling un tested and poorly packaged products and i didn't want to wait another week to be disappointed. I offered to buy the broken board at a discounted price but he was not interested in that. I decided to keep it for parts at the full price. Buyer beware. This seller is selling untested and poorly packaged goods. Especially when I have repeatedly asked if you would like a replacement free of charge to you including shipping and you insisted on keeping the damage ( not on our side ) main board in an attempt to use it as parts to fix another and then to ask me for partial refund of nearly half the price. As far as I'm concerned you had other agendas that wrnt holy to say the least. I really did try to fix the issue but it seemed elusive and deceptive.

I ordered an ice maker Da97-13718c and they sent me a completely different one. Than told me they sent the right one. Completely different item number and about two inches bigger than the part I need. They did not send the one in the description and refusing to make good on it. Item was as described and fit. For the cost of shipping it should have not taken 3 Monday to receive.
