Top quality compact tool.
Excellent quality mid handle electric drill. It’s so hard to find a mid handle electric drill in Australia now, so we’ll worth the effort in sourcing this from a high quality US maker, even though a step down transformer is required to run it on our 240 AC supply. As I have arthritis, regular rear handled drills are painful to use when one is unable to use the attachable side handle. The DeWalt is sturdy and powerful as well as being compact for those awkward areas where large clumsy rear handle drills are just not an option.

More power
a 3/8" corded drill has a good bit more power than a 1/4" drill, corded or battery. Corded drills are good for the l o n g haul as you don't have to continue to switch out battries
