    despite what many say about this bios chip programmer, this doesn't have any voltage issues like you may have heard, and actually works perfectly fine. Even the clip, which many say to be cheap to the point of useless, is actually not bad with making secure connections. the clip issue resides in the fact that the CHIP legs are just not clean, so proper contact is not made. I will say that the clip works better with the chip removed from the board. I got everything as was shown and works well.
