It didn't recognize the the USB wifi and if I plugged in the ethernet it would automatically force a reboot over and over again. After I finally got it to talk to the net it worked wonderfully.

Overall, it came within a few days and was a fast shipping experience. I didn't have any messages with the seller, so I cannot comment of communication.
