I first bought this for my husband after her surgery, because he couldn't eat solid foods. He didn't consume much of it , so I tried , and I liked the flavor and the feeling after drinking it . it will make you feel full and comfortable. Excellent Ingredients which is why I selected this product but it is disappointingly chalky and rather a flavorless chocolate. Will I use it .. yes! Will I purchase again .. maybe.
