    Upper section was good bottom section was broken. Seller did accept a lower price as a result using the best offer option. Check the part you need carefully and then do a best offer if being sold with a non needed broken part. Seller does seem to sell parts that are often clearly broken though. Seller could save everyone money by separating and not shipping broken parts and or sections.
