Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication.     Great product!

    I bought this for an upgrade to a Dell XPS 410. I think this adapter is for a newer Optiplex, but I seen a pic with the adapter fastened to a Dell HDD caddy that looked identical to mine...well it was! SSD's fit like a glove! Only problem is the drive sit so far back in there that a top piece of plastic caddy and metal piece of drive bay are in the way for attaching a 90° sata. The adapter only goes in one way...the way it is the top drive sits up front flush with adapter and bottom drive sits flush with rear of adapter...I have 90° on both data and power...not going to work. Instead of buying a 2 power extension with a straight conn and 2 straight to straight data cables to get in there I'm going to get some two sided tape, take all the screws out of both drives and move them forward, ...

    Only works well with a 3.5" drive

    The caddy works well for a 3.5" drive but although it can mount a 2.5" drive, it is difficult to get the power and access cables on to the mounted 2.5" drive. It mounts the 2.5" drive too low in the caddy. So, the cables to the drive have to be "straight access" cables. My cables are both 90° cables and would not connect to a 2.5" drive mounted on the caddy. I removed the 2.5" mounting portion and used it for a 3.5" drive.
