Meaning you have to clean it several times with rubbing alcohol depending on how much you use it. I clean it at least twice a day. Also when removed from the freezer the first pull you take, if water gets up in the coil, it freezes instantly clogging the coil making it unusable until it melts or you run hot water through it. Defeating the purpose of freezing it. Very poor design. It works better if you don't freeze it.
