I'm glad to say that all of the defects are cosmetic & none of them caused issue with the performance of the product. I got ten. One had a USB A side dent which I hammered smooth & one had burrs on the inside of the handle which I sanded smooth. Essentially, I got 20TB of storage for just over $70. USB 3.0? Maybe. $4/TB of storage with USB A & C plugs & metal housing? Yeah!
