    Not worth the # of capsules you have to take

    I purchased this calcium because I first wanted citrate & second didn't want any fillers, etc. So it fits the bill for that. It is easy to swallow & you can open the capsules to empty into a liquid. The biggest issue with this product is the very low dose of calcium. One capsule is only 150 mg. While you shouldn't take more than 500/600mg at one time, you must take lots of these for any significant dosing. Two capsules = 300 mg. If you need 1000+ mg per day, that's at least 6 or more capsules. You are taking them at every meal. Needless to say, while I do like that this is a pure formulation, I will not purchase again due to the number of pills you have to take to sustain a daily limit.
