    Dance, Dance, Dance...

    This is a great video to get your body moving. It's fun, energetic and you move at your own pace and level. It's not "hard core" exercising, but an enjoyable way to move around to good music with or without instructions from Misty. To enhance my workout, I use hand and ankle weights while dancing to the music.
