Awkward to use
Very difficult to maintain pressure and ratchet the cutter at the same time. I found it best to use tape to keep the paper from turning and making partially cut circles. It’s a fairly good circle cutter. I was using it to cut 4” circles out of skateboard deck grip sheet. It was a little difficult but after about cutting 3 circles I got the technique down and it got easier. Basically the thicker the material the harder it gets. I cut a lot of circles for the items I make. Prior to this, I used to trace a template on the felt and cut the circles out by hand with scissors.
