    I feel it is a very good product to help your eye sight over the years.

    I have been taking this supplement since 2016 for help with my eye sight. I am currently over 85 and have 20/20 vison, so I feel it is helping to see better as I get older.

    Absolutely Daily for Me

    This Puritan Pride Lutein 40 really makes a difference. I've used it a couple of years now and find the bothersome floaters in my eye are lighter, smaller and for the most part, not noticable. It's a great product and I am appreciative of both it's effectiveness and the affordability. I highly recommend it.

    Cataracts and Macular Degeneration Disease

    I have noticed some progress in my vision with taking this supplement in my night vision; However, I do recommend taking Bilberry along with this supplement I have both cataracts and macular degeneration, and have been told my opthalmologist that my macular degeneration disease is not progressing and I am not a candidate yet for cataract surgery. So I have to think along with a good diet of dark leafy green vegees, and taking these that it is helping. Even if you have no eye problems at all, I would still recommend that you take this supplement to help prevent it.
