I purchased an item that was promised it will be "shipped with care" and was in "excellent condition" neither was promised once it arrived. I requested for a return due to it being broken on his finger, toes and slightly damaged on his tail. The packaging was awful majority of it was just paper and plastic bags with no care nor consideration on the packaging once it was sent.
