    One of the greatest flip phone ever made!

    I bought this to replace the exact same Breeze flip model I bought 9 years ago (!!) which recently broke in half when I dropped it on the floor. Tried a smart phone, but missed this particular model terribly. VERY easy to use, has all the extra bells & whistles I require. I like that you can change back & forth between "breeze" and "advanced" settings to get more out of this device. Yes, you can only use this with AT&T, however I have never had issues with their service and coverage as have my friends who use other carriers. You can do speaker, conference, insert a chip and are then able to transfer pictures & data to your computer. Has a limited instruction sheet however, you can always get most of your questions answered online by searching. So happy to have the Breeze 3 back, ...

    Was it really new?

    We purchased this phone for my technically-challenged 85-year old father-in-law. He has mild dementia, so we wanted a simple phone that would be easy to operate (we tried the Jitterbug phones, but the rates get too expensive if you use it more than once in a while). At first, it seemed to be living up to the promise of a easy-to-operate flip phone, but for the last month or two, my father-in-law had been complaining about it not holding a charge. Since he has mild dementia, we questioned whether he had actually plugged it in or not. But when we tried, the USB port was very loose. And even when we could get it to charge, the battery literally was lasting for only about 10 minutes of calls in a 5 hour morning.     Wonderful retro fliphone

    I bought this to replace an exact replica because I refuse to mess with IPhonesl Smartphones, etcetera. The charging port an my other Pantech got damaged, but the phone is still perfect. Now I have two phones, with one keeping a fully charged battery in reserve. I cannot believe how inexpensive these phones are, and of such high qualty. I love them.
