The seller was very polite and very helpful in all forms of written communication.

The only downside is that, in the listing image, the boxes were in good condition. But upon arrival, the Reki box packaging was torn pretty significantly. So not quite accurate as shown and that was a bit disappointing! But the nedos themselves are in good but used shape as described and appear to have all pieces.
