Only issue is with hose provided but I feel that is a manufacturer issue. You will need to find your own hose solution as provided hose is very flimsy. Otherwise the portable washer machine works as described. Super quiet! I like that I can customize my wash times - I can soak or run back to back washes on same load. Very happy with buy!
