    Seller was great. I feel i got a really good deal and received new shifters (not in original package, but I dont care about that). Outstanding. USPS on the other hand is a joke...this item sat for four days at origination and another 3 in my local PO before they delivered. It took over two weeks...NOT the sellers fault!

    Ordered a Shimano 105 Mechanical Group Set. Unfortunately, it arrived with a piece missing. The seller did, however, offer a a very generous refund to compensate for the missing component. So, in the end, while the order was incomplete, the seller more than made up for the error me leaving me more than satisfied. All of the other components in the set were new, correct and as advertised.
