    Exactly as I remembered

    I had to part with my Springfield 1911A1 25 years ago. I just bout another one 2 days ago. What I remembered most and what I was immediately going to put on my New 1911A1 First!! Are a brand new set of wrap around Pachmeyr Grips! These grips make this gun (For Me) what it is today!

    Best EDC grips you can buy.

    I've had the Pachmayr Signature grips on every real pistol I've ever had. They don't make them for the newer "dart guns" (Polymers) I have. I have one carry pistol that has gone through 2 grips since 1987. Very good for EDC, the rubber checkering gives you a solid feeling, plus, it has a front strap.

    Pachmayr signature grips get the nod

    If your 1911 doesn’t have checkering on the front strap these grips are a great option. I’ma competition shooter and an LEO. I shoot A LOT. I typically shoot 500 rounds a week and have shot about 3000 rounds in the last 3 days for work. I know my way around handguns and I’m here to tell you that these grips will increase your control exponentially vs a standard smooth front strap and wood grip setup. Plus they’re retro cool. Buy them already.

    This grip turns out to to be better than many, many grips before it. It makes the gun feel tightened up in my hand. Which you know, with .45 hardball, is the right thing to do.
