After sending it back and talking with the very responsive customer service, I received an unopened and sealed (i.e. new) DJI Refresh Mini 3 (drone only) and a used controller. The first package had all the accessories, but the 2nd package did not. But hey! Not a bad trade-off! Thanks for your diligent customer service and responsiveness. A+ to the seller and the final product!
