    Excellent upgrade to my Dell notebook computer! Great!

    I upgraded the Intel Core i3 to this Intel Core i7! Installation was relatively easy (once the computer was apart) and the speed is wonderful! Boots quicker and performs standard operations much quicker. I am very happy I did this upgrade (instructions for my Dell notebook were on YouTube).

    Good upgrade

    I upgraded my wife's Toshiba laptop from an i3 to an i7 with this CPU. I also upgraded the ram from 4 to 8 GB of DDR2 and put in a SSD drive. The upgrade took about 45 minutes and it is running reliable and faster. I was hoping to see a greater performance boost in the upgrade, but I am dealing with an older chipset and ram. The SSD was done a few weeks prior to the ram and CPU upgrade. This was probably a bigger speed increase than I got from the CPU and ram upgrade. Overall for the price, I am glad I did the upgrade.

    Great upgrade from a i3 370m to a i7 620m.

    Laptop computer is faster and if you want even more performance out of it put a SSD Hard drive makes a huge difference as well. It's cheaper to upgrade than to buy a new laptop.
