      Packed well for shipping. Quick shipping. Original box was not salvageable (mildew visible and very strong odor), but I do not care about keeping the original packaging. I would have appreciated the damaged original box to be noted, but that did not effect the item or my enjoyment of it. The platter was factory sealed in plastic inside the original box and new exactly as described (no odor). I am very happy with the item and would purchase items from this seller again.
