It could be new but most of the packaging was opened and it looked like it has been or was used slightly. Cords and wires were just thrown into the box and the patient data card was missing.     Shun dm0712 clssic 7 inches knife

    Great buy. The knife is of excellent quality. Very sharp, balanced and beutiful. Rouded knife blade. I prefer the blade to be shaped straight like a traditional chinese chef's knife.
