The screen was well packaged; however, it was clear that something heavy had dropped and impacted the box. I had to try not to panic, I have a customer waiting on the screen, and what if the buyer doesn’t believe that it was damaged in shipping? I messaged the seller with bated breath, and after sending a few pics of the box and screen, then confirmed that a replacement was sent! Saved the day! 5 star trustworthy SLR!
