The "Spare with Flare"
The product is Brand New and in perfect working condition. No noise, smooth and "pures like a cat". It saved me from buying a brand new PC. I am not too PC savvy, but it wasn't too difficult to replace. Just take your time and be careful. After I made all the connections, I turned the PC on and the Power light came on, immediately, a bright green light. I am very happy with my purchase. I will recommend.
