    Natures Gift for good health

    Braggs Apple Cider vinegar with the essential mother is natues elixir for relief of certain ills and overall heath. For me I have been taking 2 table spoons twice a day for the past ten years. Helps with sore throats, reflux, sunburn and dry scalp. But my main reason is that it keeps your bodies ph levels in balance which is the cause of a lot of medical problems.
