Customer service was prompt and attentive to that issue, but I have lost another day waiting on tank fastening hardware. Tried to change the delivery address immediately after ordering, was told by contacts at ebay and Ardisam (seller) it was too difficult. Delivery made three days late (Estes) Fork damage to crate with minor cosmetic to mower deck. Hoping no additional damage.
