FedEx had desroyed the box during shipping - the bottom half of the box was missing and the shaft was (of course) also missing. FedEx deliverd an empty 2 ft long tube (with no bottom) to my front door and photographed it as "proof of delivery." Only the seller actually read and understood the problem and sent a replacement while filing a complaint with FedEx. A first class operation.

Maybe it was FedEx's issue, but the club went all the way to CA to come back to AZ. It's free shipping so I guess it make sense, but just a bit longer than I would do again. My order was confirmed on 9/5 with an estimated delivery date 9/8-9/10. The seller offered free shipping however, with free shipping it turned into economy. I was not notified in the details of my order how this would affect the delivery date by accepting free shipping. Therefore the club wasn’t delivered until 9/16. I emailed the seller about the delivery date and no response.
