Casio's versatile fx-260 solar scientific calculator is easy enough for daily calculations, but it is also advanced enough to conquer the most complex mathematical equations including trigonometry, pre-algebra, algebra I and II, 1- and 2-variable statistics, mean/sum/elements and standard deviation, exponentials, fractions, scientific notation, and polar/rectangular conversions. Its solar power provides long life and dependability. With over 140 features and calculations, this 10-digit X calculator is approved for use on the SAT, AP, PSAT/NMSQT, and ACT exams. In fact, in 2002, the fx-260 LCD calculator was named the official calculator of the GED examination. A backspace key is included to correct any mistakes. Ideal for any math student, the solar calculator is equipped with a hard, slide-on case.

    Solar Scientific Calculator

    This is a great calculator that can handle a very wide range of calculations with a 10 digit mantissa and two digit exponent and a number of common built in functions. It comes with a protective slide on cover that slides on in the back when in use. The whole thing fits easily in a shirt pocket. It is completely solar powered so as long as you have a moderate amount of light you are set. I have had several of these and they are very reliable. A great product. for general calculations that is not expensive.

    Great Solar Scientific Calculator

    NO batteries to go dead at the worst possible time! How many times has this happened to you? You just have a couple of calculations to do and your handheld calculator fails to function! I bought 6 spares because I tend to wander about and have a sudden urge to find an answer to a math problem. These fix that issue! I do not need the missing instructions as I already have a couple of others around, and I am familiar with the operations I want. I saved a good bit of money by going for this deal. It fitted my needs exactly.
